General FAQ

How do I know what size to buy?
All garments are standard New Zealand sizing, please purchase your regular size and reference our guide below.

We are exclusively an online store. If you have any other queries around size or look please email We have a flexible returns policy, so if something isn't quite right you have two weeks from the original purchase date to return for a refund. Please see our Returns and Exchanges for more information on this process. 

Where are the clothes made?
All garments in collection one have been lovingly made in New Zealand. Please refer to the product listing for new garments.

Can I make changes to my order?
Please email as soon as possible, we can make adjustments before the garment is shipped. If it already with the courier you may follow the general returns and exchange process.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what do I do?
Please allow up to 36 hours and if you still haven't received a confirmation email contact us at

What payment options do you offer?
We offer many payment options including; Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Laybuy and After Pay.

What happens if my parcel gets lost?
All parcels are sent via tracked overnight courier, this is the safest and most efficient way to get your parcel to you. However if your parcel has been lost in transit we will do our best to ensure it is found. In some cases the delivery company may want you to submit a claim directly. Please email if you believe your parcel has been lost. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping to New Zealand and Australia. However if you are living overseas and would like to purchase something please email and we will do our best to work something out for you. 

Will I have to pay customs and duties tax?
All international buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and tax within their own country. We have no control over these charges and Binks will not be liable.
