At Binks we want to be as transparent as possible with the data that we collect. This Privacy Policy describes how binksnz.com (the “site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

When you visit our site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the site, and information necessary to process your purchases.   • Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimise our site. Your information allows us to process you order and to contact you in regards to your order.
  • Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, Paypal, ShopPay and GooglePay, NZPost.

Additionally, we collect personal customer information which is shared with Facebook in an effort to serve more relevant ads and improve our customer experience. 

Opting out of communications:

  • If you no longer wish to receive email promotion communications please click the unsubscribe link in the email footer or contact online@binksnz.com with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE” and we will process this for you.
  • If you no longer wish to be on our database and would like all your information removed from our system please email us on online@binksnz.com and we will deactivate your account.

Payment information:

  • To enable you to complete a purchase our secure payment facilities: Paypal, ShopPay and GooglePay will acquire information which may include the cardholders name, credit card number, expiry and billing address.
  • shopify stores your credit card data if you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase. it is encrypted through the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS).

 Cookies:
