Returns and Exchanges

Something not quite right? No worries! We understand that ordering online can be tricky. That’s why we have a flexible exchange and returns policy. If you would like to exchange for another style/size or return your order for a refund please click here and fill out our returns form, send to online@binksnz.com.

  • Exchange must be for the same or less value amount.
  • Binks will exchange or refund any full price item purchased through www.binksnz.com
  • Discounted items, including items marked SALE can be returned for an exchange or online credit, but cannot be returned for a refund. This includes items purchased using the 10% binks10off discount code. This discount is also unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Returns must be received within two weeks from the original purchase date. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted. Returns postage will be organised and paid by the customer.
  • Returns must be unused and in original condition. They must not be worn, washed or altered. Items must be free from make up and perfume so please be mindful of this when trying on. Tags must be attached. If the the swing tag has been removed the return will not be accepted.
  • Binks is not liable for the loss of items being returned. Please used a track delivery service and take note of tracking number.


When the return is received, the garments will be assessed to ensure it meets our return criteria before issuing a refund or exchange. We will email our returns address upon completion of returns and exchange form. 

Please note, made to order garments can be exchanged for another size or returned for a store credit. Strictly no refunds for made to order garments.
