Covid-19 Update
Please be aware that delivery times may be delayed due to the demand of New Zealand postal services. Please allow extra time for domestic and international orders. 

Where do you ship?
We are currently only shipping to customers located in New Zealand and Australia.

How much is shipping?
Shipping on all New Zealand orders is $8
Shipping on all Australian orders is $25.00

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Orders will be processed as soon as possible. As I am currently living abroad I am not currently available to send out your orders. However I still have you covered! We accept orders 24/7 and will post orders on Tuesday and Thursday. If you are in desperate need of your garment, please email me at or through our chat or contact us page and I will do my absolute best to get it to you as soon as possible.

After you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation email and when your item has been shipped, a shipping email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register. 

All orders are shipped via Go Sweet Spot Courier service. All orders will require a signature upon arrival. Please give as much detail as possible at checkout such as building names, level numbers or gate codes to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. As New Zealand is experiencing major shipping delays due to the pandemic, please be patient and check your tracking number for updates. 

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Please check the tracking number and get in touch with the courier directly or email

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change an order please contact us as soon as possible to avoid shipping back to Binks at your expense. If an order has already been sent out, you will need to ship back to us using a tracked postal service at your own expense. Please take note of the tracking number. Binks is not liable for loss or damage of returned parcels. Please see our returns and exchanges page here for more information on our terms and conditions. 

Can I change the address on my order? 
Please contact us as soon as possible with the updated address. Once an order has been shipped we cannot modify the shipping address. If you enter an address which is not valid, we will be in touch as soon as we can.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes. If you have entered a PO box in the shipping information you will be contacted regarding a new address. Please note this will delay your order.
